We provide full broadband internet access with complete internet security through state-of-the art Firewalls that protect complexes from the hazards of the internet. We manage internet usage per user by evenly distributing bandwidth throughout the complex.

We provide both hard wired and Wireless Broadband Internet Access to our clients. We equip each floor location with a broadband transmission system. This will allow tenants that require broadband to simply contact the management company by e-mail or by telephone and request that they are switched on to the broadband system. This does not require any configuration of their equipment and is completely secure from outside intrusion. The internet connection to the building will be firewalled and secured from outside attackers. This system will allow internet access in each bedroom via a wired and wireless infrastructure. If the tenant does not have a wireless card for their laptop or home PC we can supply them with a simple receiver that will work without requiring them to load any software drivers onto their computer.

This system would be able to deliver an internet connection up to 100 times faster than a standard 56k analogue modem. Residents do not have any subscription or cancellation fees when they move into or out of the building. This is a major selling and letting feature.

 

 

 

 

Television Transmission Systems

 

We specialise in providing IRS to multi-tenant apartment complexes. IRS stands for Integrated Reception System which means the ability to watch terrestrial channels or use a Digibox on the same cable. This system will give the client the option to receive a satellite signal to retrieve the Sky and Sky+ package instead of mounting a satellite outside the apartment. The building will have a standard TV package in the main sitting room and all bedrooms. The standard package includes RTE1, NET2, TV3, TNG, Blackpool Park Teletext and Blackpool Park TV. We can also provide individual tenants with 100 Free to Air Channels as required. These channels would include BBC1, BBC2, BBC3, CNN, Sky News and Many More !


All TV Channels will be distributed within the apartment to each bedroom allowing for full multi room viewing. If the tenant wishes to subscribe to a Sky or Sky+ package, they simply use the connection that has been provided by us. There is no requirement for Satellite Dishes to be mounted on the building by the tenants. Each apartment is fully wired for Sky Multi-Room viewing. Intercom In-House Security Cameras can be viewed on Channel 5. We can also provide a Tele-Text service and in-house TV Channel for the complex. This can be very useful for service announcements and advertising Crθche, Gym, Restaurants and Other Building and Neighbouring Facilities.

 

Access Control

Tenant Access
This system is essentially a fob based wire-free door access system. These fobs are highly resistant and adaptable to weather variations. The iButton fob system reaches a top level of functionally, ensuring quick and intuitive use saving valuable time wasted on explaining to users how the system works. iButton offers a simple design, with an attractive look in a range of colours.


The fobs can program the locks and the locks can program the fobs allowing bi-directional communication  without having to wire each individual lock in the building.

All internal doors shall be equipped with self contained off-line fob access door locks. The most relevant characteristics of which are the management, flexibility, control and above all comfort of the system.  Car Parks, Common Areas, and Apartments would be controlled with one unified system.  The system has many features for example access to the building can be programmed to expire when a tenants rent is due. Full audit trails are maintained by the system for the use of the management company.  When the date stamped CCTV footage and the Access Control audit trail are combined this provides a powerfull tool for any offsite management company to monitor building usage.

Door Intercom Access

The main doors to the complex and the doors accessing the apartment zones will have an external mounted vandal resistant intercom that will interface with the door access control system.  If a visitor calls to the building they will be able to call the apartment directly by dialling in the apartment number. The tenant in the apartment can then allow access to the respective door via their apartment telephone. The Intercom video feed can be viewed by the tenants on their TV in the apartment for extra security prior to opening the Building Door.


 

Telephone Systems

 

We provide a Telephone Extension to each apartment. These Telephones are enabled for free incoming calls only and also, double as the handset for the Door Access Intercom system. Each extension will have its own Direct Dial Number (DDI).

 

For Example:

All apartment numbers begin with 061-33456xx. Apartment 20 = 061-3345620 & Apartment 21 = 061-3345621 and so on. Each apartment can call each other by simply dialling the appropriate apartment number. This enables onsite or off-site management to contact each tenant directly. Voice mail & Emergency ‘999’ calls will also be available to each tenant. All phones are switched on by default and fully operational for inbound calls only.

 

Internal and Management Calls
Tenants can call emergency telephone numbers and also can make unlimited calls within the complex. We can also allow the system to allow calls to internal / external security operators or to the management company if required. Sky subscriptions require a telephone line to be installed and this system will provide a line without the customer having to install a separate line from Eircom.

 

Outgoing Calls
If a tenant would like to call outside the building they can purchase a pre-paid telephone call card. This will allow each tenant to make outbound calls at cheaper than Eircom Rates. No Eircom Connection / Disconnection Fees and No Telephone Rental Charges to collect from tenants. Calling Cards can be used on or offsite. This system will eliminate any outstanding bills issues for the management company, if the tenant moves out. Alternatively, the tenant can also have their own direct telephone line installed from Eircom if they so wish.
