The Women’s Rugby World Cup 2017 is set to begin tomorrow, and the excitement across Ireland is certainly high. This year is set to be the biggest Women’s World Cup in history, with all pool matches currently sold out and over 120 countries predicted to be watching worldwide.
According to all sources, this tournament is set to be a defining, record-breaking Rugby World Cup.
IMS are delighted to have been involved with this event and the IRFU, providing high-speed Broadband and a managed Wi-Fi system at the Clayton Hotel Belfast for the duration of the Irish Women’s Rugby World Cup 2017.
The Clayton Belfast’s existing system, which suffered from poor connectivity and signal strength, was temporarily upgraded in order to handle the volume of users that come with such an event. IMS supplied and installed a Fibre Broadband Connection and a Ruckus Wireless Wi-Fi system. This system is the best in its class and will provide a superior connection to the Hotel, something that is vital for an event of this magnitude.
IMS wish the best of luck to all involved, Come on you Girls in Green!!
